Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 attract a flat rate of $25.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Shop Pay.

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, please email hello@styledhomewares.com.au as soon as possible. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Pre-order items: Usually shipped within 2–3 weeks
  • Made-to-order prints: Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and dispatch

You’ll receive a tracking link via Sendle as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Yes, Sendle delivers to most PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

Sendle may leave your parcel in a safe location or take it to a local collection point. You’ll receive a tracking update with details.

Can I pick up my order?

We don’t offer a Click & Collect option at this time, as we are online only with no shop-front.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — we currently only ship within Australia.

Products & Styled Sets

Do your Styled Sets include everything pictured?

Each Styled Set includes only the specific items listed in the product description. Some images may include styling props not included in the set. Always check the product details for what’s included.

Can I swap items in a Styled Set?

Our Styled Sets are thoughtfully curated and offered as fixed bundles for ease and value. However, you can shop individual pieces separately if you’d like to build your own look or increase the quantity of items for larger spaces.

Do your cushions come with inserts?

We offer the option to purchase the cushion cover only, or filled, which includes a premium micro-blend insert. It’s cruelty-free, long-lasting, soft yet supportive, and still gives the perfect Styled. chop.

Are your vases water-tight?

Our decorative vases are designed for artificial arrangements or as standalone pieces. While some may hold water, it’s not guaranteed. Please check product descriptions for guidance.

Do you offer custom Styled Sets?

Not officially, but you can book an Interior Design consultation to create a tailored selection for your space.

What if I don’t know what products or set will work with my space?

Not to worry. We offer Interior Design services for all your styling needs. Contact us to book your consultation.

Do you offer residential and commercial fit-outs?

Absolutely. We can provide detailed selections for your homewares and furniture as part of our Interior Design services. Contact us to find out more.

What if I want to style multiple rooms?

You can mix and match Styled Sets or book an Interior Design package to help create cohesion across your entire home.

Sustainability & Packaging

What type of packaging do you use?

All Styled. Home packaging includes recycled and/or compostable materials and is 100% eco-friendly — right down to the shipping labels and the paper your order is printed on. Orders are shipped in compostable mailers or recycled cardboard boxes.

Are your packaging materials recyclable at home?

Yes — all packaging is compostable, biodegradable, or kerbside recyclable.

Do you offset your shipping carbon footprint?

Yes — all deliveries through Sendle are 100% carbon neutral.

Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes — we carefully select suppliers who align with our values of sustainability, fair practices, and high quality.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer store credit or exchanges on full-priced items for change of mind purchases.

  • Request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and in re-sale condition
  • Return shipping is at your own cost

Please note: No returns or exchanges on sale items, prints, or gift cards.

Do you offer refunds?

For change-of-mind purchases we offer store credit or exchanges only. Refunds are provided only if an item is faulty or damaged.

Can I return a gift?

Yes — as long as it meets our returns policy, we can issue a store credit. Please provide the order details when contacting us.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please email hello@styledhomewares.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you offer trade or stylist accounts?

No. We do not currently offer trade or commercial accounts at this time.
