This Sales Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through styledhome.com.au (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Styled. Home reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

3. Shipping

• We ship Australia-wide. We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
  Standard shipping is $25 for orders under $200. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
• Some products, such as prints/artwork, may ship separately.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Styled. Home is not responsible for delays outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty.

Change of mind: We accept returns for change of mind in exchange for store credit. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging within 7 days of approval of the return.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale items, prints and/or gift cards.

To lodge a return or exchange request, please email hello@styledhomestaging.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Once your item is received and approved, we’ll issue a store credit or dispatch your exchange.

5. Warranty

All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Risk & Title

Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received in full. Risk transfers upon delivery.

7. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms. They cannot be transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
